Keith Neumeyer
Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community for 21 years beginning his career at a number of national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring.
Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). He was instrumental in the acquisition of the Bwana Mkubwa Mine in Zambia and the assembly of a team of mining professionals who in turn built the first new mine in the region in 25 years and who run the Company today.
Mr. Neumeyer has collectively raised over $200 million to date, has listed two companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Phillips S. Baker, Jr., is Hecla Mining Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Baker joined Hecla in May 2001 as Chief Financial Officer, was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2001 and CEO in May 2003. Mr. Baker holds JD and MBA degrees from the University of Houston and an accounting degree from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed by the Texas Bar.
He has nearly two decades of experience in the mining industry, having previously worked for Battle Mountain Gold Company and Pegasus Gold Inc. as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rader has significant experience in the Exploration, Mining and Drilling sectors. Mr. Rader is the Manager of Corporate Development for IMPACT Silver Corp. and Energold Drilling Corp.
He is part of the team that has transformed IMPACT Silver from a grass-roots explorer to an active silver miner with multiple operating mines in Mexico. While with Energold, the Company grew from a small diamond drill rig contractor with three drills to the fourth largest publicly traded mineral and metals drill contractor in the world. Mr. Rader is also currently a Director of Source Exploration Corp. a Mexican Silver explorer and Defiance Capital Corp. Ross J. Beaty is a geologist and mining entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the international minerals industry. He was educated at the Royal School of Mines, University of London, England, M.Sc., Distinction (Mineral Exploration), 1975 and the University of British Columbia, LL.B. (Law), 1979 and B.Sc. (Honours Geology), 1974.
Mr. Beaty founded Pan American Silver Corp. in 1994 with the objective of providing investors with the best equity exposure to higher silver prices. He is currently non-executive Chairman of the Board at Pan American Silver and has also founded and divested a number of other public mineral resource companies since 1985. Pan American Silver has become one of the world’s leading silver producers. The Company has seven operating mines in Mexico, Peru and Bolivia. Mr. Nauman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Alexco Resource Inc., and was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of a mid-tier Canadian gold mining exploration and development company. Carlos Baca is a 37 year old Peruvian executive with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He has held senior positions in sales and marketing over the past twelve years.
Before joining Fortuna as Investor Relations Manager, he was the country sales manager for a leading lubricants company in Lima, Peru. He has experience in client/supplier negotiation and the creation and implementation of marketing strategies. Dr. Cai is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Minco Silver. He holds a Ph.D. in mineral economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Cai, a Chinese national now living in Canada and has 24 years of experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation, corporate financing and company management.
He has been responsible for negotiating the property agreements in China through his contacts in the Chinese mining communities. This has allowed The Company to access data on a large number of projects throughout China. Dr. Cai has served as a director of several publicly-traded and private Canadian and Chinese companies including President, CEO & director of Minco Gold Corporation. Grant A. Brackebusch, P.E. has served as the Vice President and a Director of New Jersey Mining Company since 1996. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho.
He worked for Newmont Gold Co. on the Carlin Trend in open pit mine planning and pit supervision for three years. He also has worked with Mine Systems Design, Inc. performing various engineering and geotechnical tasks.
He has worked for New Jersey Mining Company since 1996; he supervises the daily operations of the various mining operations, mill operations, performs various engineering tasks, and coordinates environmental permitting. Mr. Weicker has over twenty-five years in the mineral exploration and mining industry, spanning greenfield exploration to production operations. His early career included serving as a geologist to several Noranda Mines Group companies, following several years in the uranium exploration business.
In 1988, Mr. Weicker was appointed chief geologist at Lac Mineral’s Williams mine, the largest gold mine in Canada. In 1989 he assumed the role as chief mining geologist for Equinox Resources Ltd. and was involved with the start-up, development and production of the Van Stone zinc mine in Washington; exploration and development of the Rosebud UG gold mine in Nevada; and was the direct supervisor of a multimillion-dollar development program on the J & L polymetallic deposit in British Columbia, resulting in a significant expansion of reserves and the discovery of the Yellow Jacket zinc deposit. In 1999, Mr. Weicker developed his own consulting company, with a focus on precious metals in Asia, Mongolia and Nevada.
Mr. Weicker joined Silver Quest in December 2005 as President and CEO and directed the Company’s focus on silver property acquisitions. Currently, Mr. Weicker is a Director of several public exploration companies including Triex Minerals Corp. and Kernow Resources and Developments Ltd. Mr. Patchett has been with the company since 1994 when Capstone Mining Corp first acquired the properties from Grupo Bacis. He assisted in the distribution and completion of the dividend to Silverstone Resources Corp.
Mark has been involved in finance for over 9 years, spending most of his working career in the mining industry. Today his focus is corporate communications and investor relations.
He is also involved with East Asia Minerals Corp. a well-financed, Asian-based, Canadian mineral exploration company with uranium properties and advanced gold and gold-copper properties. Mr. Henstridge has been President, CEO and a director of Tumi Resources Limited since 2000 and has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry including 20 years in managing public-listed companies.
Mr. Henstridge holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Adelaide in Australia and professional designations from each of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Geological Society of Australia. Mr. Henstridge oversees the corporate, financial and technical operations of Tumi and serves as the qualified person under NI 43-101. Geo., is a professional geologist with over 32 years experience in the mining industry, specializing in the financing, acquisition, exploration and development of precious metal properties.
As a Director of several public resource companies, he has successfully raised over CA$250 million in equity and joint venture financings for resource projects since 1988. Mr. Cooke has participated in the discovery of several mineral deposits, including uranium in Labrador, gold and tungsten in B.C., gold in Suriname and silver in Mexico.
He graduated with a B.Sc. Geology (Honors) degree from Queens University in 1976 and a M.Sc. Geology degree from the University of British Columbia in 1984. In 2003, Bradford formed Endeavour Silver Corp. with the express purpose of acquiring advanced high-grade silver mining projects in Mexico. Today, Endeavour is one of the fastest growing primary producers of silver worldwide. Mr. Auclair, is a professional geologist. He graduated in 1987 with a M.Sc. in Geology and Geochemistry from Université de Montréal (Montréal) after completing a thesis on the geochemistry of Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide Deposits. Feisal Somji has more than 13 years' experience in the mineral exploration and development business and has been involved in early stage, late stage and mine development projects around the world. He provides expertise in areas of Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance, as well as mineral exploration management. Mr. Somji has had experience as an officer and director for several public companies involved in diamond, gold and platinum group element assets in Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Africa.
He has also run his own private companies providing mineral exploration services to other companies. Mr. Somji holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Queens University, in addition to a Diploma in Aviation with a Commercial Pilot's License from the University College of the Fraser Valley. Martin brings to the Company more than 15 years of mine operational and international mineral development experience. From 2001 to March 2006 he acted as Vice President of Exploration for Aquiline.
Prior to 2001, Mr. Walter was a Senior Consulting Geologist at Ironbark International Limited, and prior to that was a Consulting Geologist with MPH Consultants. Martin and is a director of Crown Point Ventures (TSX-V: CWV). Mr. Walter has a degree in geology from Ballarat University, Australia as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto. Mr. Fitch, the founder of South American Silver Corp., High Desert Gold Corporation and their parent, General Minerals Corporation, is a creative geologist with over forty years of international exploration management and field experience. His prior positions included Chief Geologist (Worldwide) and Manager of United States Exploration for the Chevron Minerals Group. His broad exploration experience includes living and exploring in the British Isles, Australia, West Africa (Liberia), South Africa and the United States, as well as extensive exploration experience in South America.
Mr. Fitch was awarded the Chevron Chairman’s Award for his part in the discovery of the Ujina ore body at the Collahuasi copper porphyry project in northern Chile, for which he initiated the use of, interactively processed and interpreted the Landsat/Spot satellite images. He also directed the ore reserve estimations for the Lisheen zinc project in Ireland, another Chevron discovery, and the Stillwater platinum group metals project in Montana while he was Chief Geologist. Chevron’s interests in Collahuasi and Lisheen, which have been developed into mines, were sold for $260 million. Earlier in his career he was involved in the discovery of the mineralization at the Bend and Horseshoe massive sulphides in Wisconsin, the Henkries uranium deposit in the Northern Cape in South Africa, the Coppins Gap Archaen porphyry copper molybdenum deposit in the Pilbara in West Australia, and the Pah-My-Yah diamond field in Liberia.

Currently, Ben is Chief Geologist for Orko Silver Corporation and is a key part of the discovery team for Orko's large "La Preciosa" epithermal Ag-Au deposit in Durango, Mexico. He is also Chief Geologist for Orex Minerals Inc. and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Queen's University.
Ben is a P.Geo. member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC), and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) and a member of La Asociación de Ingenieros de Minas Metalurgistas y Geólogos de México (AIMMGM). He received the Economic Geology Award from the Aaro Aho Foundation. Mr. Hrushewsky has extensive experience in mar¬keting, financing, valuation and risk analysis of mining companies and projects, gained through previous inves¬tor relations, corporate development, and investment analysis roles in the mining and finance sectors. He is an Engineer, MBA, and a CFA charterholder.
